What we work on
Every coaching engagement is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and how your brain works. That customization isn't just a nice-to-have, it's essential. Part of our work together is learning how your brain operates and how to get the most out of it.
Common areas we address include:
Energy Management & Burnout Prevention
Understanding your energy patterns is crucial for sustainable success. Avoid unhealthy cycles of burnout and recovery.
Planning & Organization
Many of our clients are frustrated after having tried and failed a slew of traditional productivity systems. For these clients we work on approaches that fit how neurodivergent brains process information.
Career Navigation & Advancement
Making strategic choices about your career path, advocating for yourself, and positioning yourself for opportunities.
Workplace Translation
Understanding unwritten rules, navigating office politics, and participating, collaborating, and communicating effectively in neurotypical environments, all while centering your authentic self.
Goal Achievement
Whatever you're working toward, we'll create approaches that work with your brain to get you there.
Our Philosophy
We work in a neurodiversity paradigm. That means that we recognize neurodivergent profiles as a natural part of human diversity. Challenges arise for neurodivergents navigating a world that is not only designed for the neuromajority, but that often pathologizes neurodivergence as disorderd and deficient. In our coaching work our aim is not to "fix" neurodivergence or learn to behave more neurotypically. That approach ultimately leads to unhappiness and burnout. Instead, we try to work with our neurodivergence and chart a path on which we can center our authentic selves.
How coaching works
Coaching is conducted entirely virtually, making it accessible regardless of your location. The structure of our work together depends on your needs. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, others prefer bi-weekly check-ins. Some need intensive support during a transition, others want ongoing partnership over time. What stays consistent is the approach: collaborative, customized, and focused on helping you succeed on your own terms.
Investment
Coaching is offered on a sliding scale based on your role, industry (e.g. corporate vs. nonprofit), and years in your career. Our goal is to make this support accessible while sustaining the business. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss pricing that works for your situation.

Frequently asked questions
We primarily work with individuals with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent profiles. If you're neurodivergent and navigating the professional world, we should talk.
All coaching services are conducted virtually, which allows for flexibility and accessibility regardless of location.
Sessions are conducted via video call and are highly customized. We might work on strategic planning, troubleshoot specific challenges, develop new approaches to recurring issues, or focus on skill-building. The content is driven by your goals and current needs.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often explores past experiences and emotional processing, coaching is about achieving specific goals and developing practical strategies. Sometimes people aren't ready for coaching, and have therapeutic work they need to get through first. Often therapy and coaching work great together. If at any time during our coaching relationship we think you should consider therapy, we'll bring it up. This is something we'll discuss in our initial session.
We will not share information about you with others unless we have your permission, are legally obligated to do so, or we think it is necessary for the protection of the health or safety of any individual. Note that coaching relationships might not have the same legal protections as other relationships, such as with doctors, lawyers, therapists, or clergy.
